Teach First is an independent charity that provides the training and support to enable graduates and experienced professionals to make a real impact in addressing one of the UK’s most damaging social issues, educational disadvantage.

Teach First offers an exceptional two-year Leadership Development Programme that focuses on education, and which includes in its first year a PGCE qualification. With high-quality training, supportive coaching and on-going opportunities, Teach First provides a unique platform of skills and experience to take forward into any future career. With over 60 supporting corporations from across the sectors, Teach First can enhance your employability with a range of internships and deferred entry programs with these supporters. These include PWC, Goldman Sachs, AstraZeneca
, Arup, Bloomberg and P&G to name a few.


Now 4th in the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers; Teach First is looking to recruit 1250 graduates to join us in 2013 and tackle educational disadvantage in schools facing challenging circumstances across the UK.
